This past weekend we went to The Void in Downtown Disney Anaheim. It’s an interactive, Star Wars themed, virtual reality experience. Pictures weren’t allowed beyond the lobby, which explains the lack of photos in this post, but if you’ve ever experienced any kind of VR, you know everything to see is in your headgear so it would be hard to take any decent pictures. You aren’t just standing in place looking around at the things around you, you’re part of an active story line. The total experience lasts about 30 minutes and you can participate with up to a group of four at a time. We go into detail on the podcast about the experience, but we both think it’s worth the $30 admission fee per person.
We are a young couple living in Los Angeles. We try to make the most of our weekends by checking out random sites, doing standard touristy things, drinking craft beer, eating delicious food, and visiting Disneyland.
