The holiday season may be over, but there’s still time to celebrate at Disneyland Resort. For the second year in a row, California Adventure is home to the Festival of Holidays. This special event highlights the way different cultures and religions celebrate the holiday season. There are several shows throughout the day at Paradise Pier ranging from Bollywood dancers to Mariachi singers. The highlight of the event however, is the food. Several pop up booths are placed around the park, each with it’s own theme such as Spicy Celebrations, Classic Crocks and Casseroles, Winter Sliderland and Grandma’s Recipes. If you’re an Annual Passholder you can purchase a Sip and Savior pass for $45 which allows you to enjoy any eight dishes from the booths. If you purchase the higher priced items with this pass you do end up saving money if you were to purchase this items without the pass. Some of the food highlights include the braised pork belly adobo, the mac and cheese, and baked cheesy scalloped potatoes.

We are a young couple living in Los Angeles. We try to make the most of our weekends by checking out random sites, doing standard touristy things, drinking craft beer, eating delicious food, and visiting Disneyland.
